What is a Service Level Agreement?
A service level agreement is a commitment between two parties, the client, and the service provider. It is a formal written document that outlines the terms, expectations, and standards of care between the physiotherapist and the patient.
An SLA defines the scope of services, treatment goals, scheduling, communication methods, responsibilities of both parties, and any other relevant details related to the patient’s care. The SLA aims to ensure transparency, clarity, and a mutual understanding of the therapeutic relationship and the services being provided.
