What is a Service Level Agreement?
A service level agreement is a commitment between two parties, the client, and the service provider. It is a formal written document that outlines the terms, expectations, and standards of care between the physiotherapist and the patient.
It defines the scope of services, treatment goals, scheduling, communication methods, responsibilities of both parties, and any other relevant details related to the patient’s care. The SLA aims to ensure transparency, clarity, and a mutual understanding of the therapeutic relationship and the services being provided.
Our Service Level Agreements
We are able to offer a variety of bespoke SLAs to numerous clients, such as: schools, councils, care homes, whether this is public or private providers.
We will work with you to identify your needs and goals to create a package of care.
We can help you to justify ongoing funding by monitoring the outcome and success of the service in a variety of ways. We are extremely interested and invested in monitoring the success of the services we provide. Ways of doing this will be identified and agreed from the outset. With your agreement we can provide project reports of our activity at agreed regular intervals.
SLAs are used frequently within Occupational Therapy, Speech and Language and more recently Physiotherapy.
Please do not hesitate to contact us should you have a need for a bespoke package of physiotherapy care.
