Insole Offer – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

  • The offer is available to new clients only who have not previously attended the clinic for any appointment or service.

2. Offer Details

    • The offer applies only when there is a clinical need for insoles on assessment.  
    • A deposit of £147.50 will be charged at the time of booking.
    • The remaining fee of £147.50 will be charged at the assessment appointment.
    • A fitting appointment will be made to supply the insoles.
    • Any subsequent appointments will be charged at the orthotists hourly rate.

3. Booking & Attendance

  • Appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
  • Clients must mention the introductory offer at the time of booking.

4. Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Late cancellations <48 hours in advance or no-shows will result in the offer being forfeited.

5. Non-Transferable & Non-Refundable

  • The offer is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
  • It may not be combined with any other discount or promotion.

6. One-Time Use

  • Each client may redeem the introductory offer once only.

7. Practitioner Availability

  • The offer applies only to selected orthotists.
  • The clinician has the overriding authority on the prescription and device.
  • Clear guidance will be provided on how to use the insoles.

8. Changes to the Offer

  • The clinic reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw the introductory offer at any time without prior notice.

9. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide accurate medical information and disclose relevant health history before treatment.
  • The clinic reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.
  • If problems arise with the insoles these must be reported with 14 days of the fitting appointment.
  • If a non-standard prescription insole is required a top fee may be charged. This will be discussed at the assessment, and a quote provided.

10. Liability

  • All treatments are provided in accordance with professional standards. The clinic is not liable for outcomes outside the scope of standard practice.

11. Acceptance of Terms

  • By booking or attending an appointment under the introductory offer, the client acknowledges and accepts these Terms & Conditions.
