2D Gait Analysis Offer – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

• The offer is available to clients who have not previously benefitted from this service.

2. Offer Details

• The offer applies only when there is a clinical need for 2D gait analysis.
• A payment of £595.00 will be charged at the time of booking.
• Any subsequent appointments will be charged at the orthotists and physiotherapists hourly rate.
• The offer includes a joint appointment with a suitably qualified orthotist and physiotherapist whereby a full gait assessment and physical examination will be conducted followed by a thorough report with recommendations.
• Any recommendations are in accordance to Let’s Go Physio services.
• Let’s Go Physio hold no responsibility should these recommendations be sought or provided by an alternative provider.
• Please allow a maximum of 2 hours for this appointment.

3. Booking & Attendance

• Appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
• Clients must mention the introductory offer at the time of booking.

4. Cancellations & No-Shows

• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the offer being forfeited.

5. Non-Transferable & Non-Refundable

• The offer is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
• It may not be combined with any other discount or promotion.

6. One-Time Use

• Each client may redeem the offer once.

7. Practitioner

• The offer applies only to selected orthotists and physiotherapists.
• The clinicians have the overriding authority on the recommendations and advice.

8. Changes to the Offer

• The clinic reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw the introductory offer at any time without prior notice.

9. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide accurate medical information and disclose relevant health history before treatment.
• The clinic reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

10. Liability

• All recommendations are provided in accordance with professional standards. The clinic is not liable for outcomes outside the scope of standard practice.
• The company holds professional and medical malpractice insurance.

11. Acceptance of Terms

• By booking or attending an appointment under this offer, the client acknowledges and accepts these Terms & Conditions.
